Audrey Hepburn's Speedy 25

My good friend, Tukky, mentioned today that she recently acquired a Louis Vuitton classic Speedy. This image of Audrey Hepburn with her LV Speedy 25 at an airport comes to the top of my mind. Speedy 25 is such a great bag, always stylish and classic, just like the way Audrey Hepburn has been.

Always in Style: LV Alma in Monogram Canvas

When thinking about the classic Louis Vuitton city bags, the iconic Alma in Monogram canvas comes to the top of my mind. Its simple shape, perfectly-sized handle, and the design that allows it to open all the way down makes the Alma both stylish and practical.

BOF Favorite: Monogram Vernis Animaux Collection

Another entry about LV items for this month.

My last trip to Louis Vuitton shop, I spotted these cute coin purses. It is the new Monogram Vernis Animaux collection being released in 2010 to celebrate the Valentine’s day.

The collection inspiration is from Gaston Vuitton’s wife who used to run a toy store on Avenue Marceau from 1945 to 1970. Materials are mix between Monogram Vernis, Monogram Canvas and snake skin, and they come in six different designs including bird, rooster, rabbit and squirrel.

They are so cute!

This new coin purse collection reminds me of Louis Vuitton's Conte de Fees collection in 2002. Collaboration between Marc Jacob and artist Julie Verhoeven, the Conte de Fees collection brought the magic of fairly land with mythical animals in the mix of signature LV patterns.

BOF Favorite: LV Backpacks

Will backpack made a comeback this summer? Or maybe it has never left the fashion scene?

I am not a big fan of backpack. Eventhough I like the fact that a backpack adds an interesting element to your back, but it messes up your shirt and jacket you wearing.

Inspirations: Grey and Blue

Seeing a lady carrying a gorgeous Blue Jean Birkin with her grey pants the other day, I decided to pick grey and blue as my color combination for next year wardrobe planning.

Obviously, these two colors inspired some designers for their runway shoes too.

Both colors are my favorite, I have plenty of them but I usually wear them separately. I normally pair blue with light khakis, and grey with a darker shade, it's time for a change.

Beside the campaign to donate portion of the iconic bags sale to Red Cross, Louis Vuitton showcases this Boite Speciale Croix-Rouge to celebrate Red Cross's 150 years anniversary.

The box is in classic monogram and based on the original design of actual Red Cross kit's in 1914.

Wish List: Sport Gears

This weekend I am away from my regular yoga routine because of a back injury. Yoga is fun, it makes me calm, but it is not a type of sport you can socialize with people as it goes. I have been thinking about picking up tennis, the thought accessories crossing my mind.
